Meditation & Breathwork
Quiet the noise and let the breath do the heavy lifting. Guided meditation and gentle, conscious breathing with Grace — somewhere to put down the day and find your way back to steady.
A note on availability. Grace's work right now is private 1:1 Spiritual Alchemy, held online worldwide. The practice described on this page is part of how she teaches and what she draws on in a session, but it isn't currently offered as a public class you can book a place in. If it's what drew you here, say hello and tell her — it can absolutely be woven into a 1:1.
Grace's meditation and breathwork sessions on Koh Phangan pair guided stillness with simple, conscious breathing to settle a busy mind and soften the nervous system. They're beginner-friendly and held in a calm, open-air space — a natural companion to her yin classes. Just message to book.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is simply using the breath on purpose. Most of us breathe shallowly without noticing, especially when we're stressed, and the body reads that as a signal to stay on alert. Conscious breathing turns the signal the other way. By slowing the exhale, lengthening the inhale, or moving through a few rounds of pranayama, you tell your nervous system it's safe to settle.
The breathing Grace guides is gentle. There's no forcing and nothing to perform. You stay aware and in control, and you can always come back to a normal breath. People are often surprised by how much shifts from something so ordinary — a little more space in the chest, a quieter head, shoulders that have finally dropped.
Meditation as a daily homecoming
Meditation gets a reputation it doesn't deserve. It isn't about emptying your mind or sitting like a statue. It's about giving yourself a few honest minutes to notice what's actually here — the breath, the body, the thoughts passing through — without grabbing at any of it. Done often, it becomes less of a task and more of a homecoming.
Grace guides each session out loud, so you're never left wondering what to do with your hands or your wandering attention. If you want to keep the thread going between visits, the Into Me See journey carries a daily stillness practice home with you, wherever you happen to be.
What to expect
A session usually opens with a little settling — finding a comfortable seat, letting the breath find its own rhythm before we shape it. From there Grace leads a few simple breathing techniques, then drops into a guided meditation and a stretch of quiet at the end where the practice has room to land. Nothing is rushed.
Practising on Koh Phangan does half the work for you. The island has drawn people here to slow down for decades, and there's something about the open-air calm — warm air, birdsong, the sea not far off — that makes putting the day down easier. Travellers passing through often drop in for a reset and leave a little lighter than they arrived.
Who it's for
If your mind runs hot, if you carry tension you can't quite name, or if you've tried to meditate alone and given up, this is a soft place to start. Complete beginners are welcome and never made to feel behind. Experienced practitioners come for the depth that breath and stillness bring when they're held well.
Want something even quieter? The deep, lying-down rest of yoga nidra is a beautiful next step. Prefer something private and tuned entirely to you? Grace also offers 1:1 healing sessions. You can read what people say on the reviews page, or learn more about Grace.
What a session includes
“Wow! What a powerful week of transformation! It reminds me of how I felt after my nidra training. Thank you Grace for holding the space and everyone for creating a loving and supportive collective energy.”

Questions about meditation & breathwork
Do I need any experience to try breathwork or meditation?
None at all. Every session is paced for the room, and Grace guides each step out loud, so beginners never feel lost. If sitting still feels hard at first, that's normal and welcome. Many people pair it with a slow yin class to ease in.
Is breathwork safe? Will it feel intense?
The breathing here is gentle and conscious, not the dramatic kind you may have seen online. You stay in control the whole time and can always return to a normal breath. If you have a heart, lung or pregnancy concern, just mention it when you message Grace and she'll adjust.
How is this different from yoga nidra?
Meditation and breathwork are usually done sitting and active with the breath, while yoga nidra is a lying-down, fully guided rest. They complement each other beautifully, and many people enjoy moving between the two.
How do I book a session?
Simply message Grace to find the next session and reserve a spot. She'll share the location, what to bring and anything else you need to know.
