Meet Grace
Grecelle isn't a studio with a roster of teachers. It's one person, holding space with real care — and doing it one to one, so the whole session belongs to you.
Most of us already know how to push. Grace teaches the other thing.
We arrive on the mat carrying the same habits we carry everywhere else — the urge to get it right, to do more, to be further along than we are. Grace's whole approach gently undoes that. There's no performance to nail and no version of you to fix. Her teaching is intuitive rather than rigid, reading the room and meeting each person where their body actually is on that particular day.
What people notice first is her voice. Calm, low, unhurried. The kind of guidance that makes letting go feel safe instead of frightening. She moves slowly through a yin class, weaves in breath and meditation, and leaves space — actual space — for whatever needs to surface. Nothing is rushed, because the rushing is usually the problem.
Transformation isn't about becoming someone else. It's about remembering who you are. My work is simply to hold that space — and let you return to who you already were.
— Grace, Grecelle
The same few words, again and again
You can tell a lot about a teacher from how people describe leaving her class. With Grace, the language barely changes from one review to the next.
A grounding voice
Student after student returns to the same word — grounding. A low, calm voice that gives you permission to stop performing and simply be in your body.
A safe, nurturing space
People arrive guarded and leave softened. Grace tunes into what the room needs, holds it with care, and never asks you to be anywhere other than where you are.
Lighter than you came
Tension released, shoulders dropped, a little taller. The most common thing people say afterwards is that they feel lighter — in the body, and somewhere quieter too.
“Had an amazing yoga class with Grace here! Really intuitive teaching from a very knowledgeable teacher! The space is beautiful and felt so relaxing. Would definitely recommend.”
— Mary Robson, Google Review
What “return to yourself” actually means
It's the phrase at the centre of everything Grace does, and it isn't about becoming someone better. It's the opposite. Underneath the noise, the deadlines and the version of yourself you perform for everyone else, there's a quieter you that already knows how to rest. The practice doesn't add anything. It clears space so you can hear that part again.
Sometimes that happens in a long, supported hold. Sometimes in the stillness of yoga nidra, or in the privacy of a 1:1 session shaped entirely around you. And sometimes it happens at home, day by day, through the Into Me See journey. The route changes. The destination is always the same — you, a little more like yourself than when you started.

Grace is a widow. She lost her husband to suicide. What followed wasn't a tidy recovery — it was a life rebuilt piece by piece, with enormous risks taken along the way. She moved abroad. She built things from nothing: a hotel, an art gallery, a magazine, a television show. She has stood at the crossroads she now sits with other people at, and she has been the one who couldn't see the way through.
That's the difference between having read about survival and having done it. Twelve years of practice sit underneath the work too — meditation, breathwork, yoga, energy work, mindfulness, and the teachings of Buddhism and Taoism. But it's the lived part that people feel in a session.
She has had the privilege of helping hundreds of people move through what was holding them back and begin building something that feels more aligned, alive and authentic. Her greatest teaching, after all of it: love is the main ingredient. And a little bit of magic never hurts.
Where Grace works from
Grace lives and practises on Koh Phangan in Thailand, an island people have come to for a very long time when they needed to slow down. It shapes how she works — unhurried, quiet, close to the sea. But her 1:1 sessions are held entirely online, so none of that requires a flight. She holds two windows a day that between them reach evenings across the Americas, mornings in the UK and Europe, and evenings in Australia and New Zealand.
All you need is a quiet space and a stable connection. See how a session works, or read what people have shared first.
A few questions about Grace
Who is Grace and what does she teach?
Grace is the practitioner behind Grecelle. Her main work is 1:1 Spiritual Alchemy — private sessions held online worldwide, drawing on meditation and breathwork, somatic practice, and teachings from Buddhism and Taoism. People describe her as intuitive, grounding and genuinely caring.
Do I need experience to practise with Grace?
No. Grace meets every body where it is, and her classes are built so complete beginners never feel behind. One student called it the first yoga class she finished feeling good in her body. If you'd like something more personal, a 1:1 session is a gentle place to start.
How do I practise or get in touch with Grace?
Book a session online — choose 60 or 90 minutes and a time that suits you, wherever you are. If you would rather ask something first, message Grace. Prefer to start at your own pace? The Into Me See journey begins whenever you do.
